"This bike is built for women riders, with comfort and versatility in mind. I required a bike to cover long distances for a cancer charity ride I am participating in. I started riding a so called comfortable carbon road bike, although it was fast and reliable I always had a sore neck / back and bum. So if any guys out there require a comfortable bike I would suggest the vita. What a great bike, I commute to work for nightshifts twice a week ( 120 km return ) with no sore back side and use it to go to the shops ect..The only problem with the bike is A. no good for off road riding, and B. the gear cables require frequent adjustment to maintain good shifting."

Cons:
"I need to sit more upright because of lower back issues. This has the feel of a true road bike with the comfort of a mtn bike. I've used it for 70+ mile rides and will use it for a few centuries. The price is reasonable, too! This is much much more than a commuter bike and is a true road bike."
Pros:
"I decided to start cycling instead of buying a car last spring, and I am glad to say that this bike has definitely delivered. I'm in love with the Vita--it was really affordable, had everything I needed (and nothing I didn't), it gets me to school and around town, it's lots of fun to ride, and it looks gorgeous. If you're just starting out and want to commute by bike I say get a Vita because it's a great value for its' price and you won't get tired of it quickly."
Pros:
"My overall experience in purchasing this bike was amazing. This bike fits me so well (thanks to the shop and its amazing employees) and is perfect for commuting and road handling. I fell in love with it as soon as I got on it and have only put a few miles on it, but so far, I love it!"
Pros:
"I bought a Vita several months ago, and I love it! It saves on gas, and on car insurance. It gets me to and from work in great time, I live 2.5 miles from work and I can get there in 15 minutes or less depending on the traffic lights.
However, I recently got hit by a car on my bicycle, it was a pretty bad one. The frame survived the crash, as well as the components of the bike, the only problem I found was the wheel had bent due to the way it impacted the car.
Other than that, this is one amazing bicycle, and I couldn't have picked a better choice."
Pros:
Cons:
"I live too far to commute to work so I bike for recreation. Love the bike! Just rode the Tour de Donut and the bike was great! It's very light-I can lift the bike with one arm, shifts easily, and manuvers well around corners (and other people). I plan to use this bike for years to come and am making arrangments to ride "The Century" ride in ILL. I do have to say that when purchasing the bike, have the bike shop measure and adjust the bike to your measurements. It really makes a difference! Also, easy to maintain."
Pros:
"This kind of bike is very excellent and impressive. The only one thing I will recommend is when buy this, have yourself adjust to compatiable this bike by having them measure your seat, posture, and etc because this does make a huge difference."

"I did not want to spend a pile on a bike that i was not sure how much i would use. I did my home work and figured the Vita would be my best bet, then trying it out secured that thought. I have been doing 80km rides and will be doing two 100km day back to back and i will have no problem, It is light weight but still an every day bike. I can bike with my kids to the store or out on the road."
